| Transit Log: Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA): Fund board serving to cover the costs of requested supplies, port and mooring charges, diesel and fuel, communications, crew gratuities, extras and depending on your particular request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. The Skipper will keep an accurate record of spending and at the end of your charter you will be refunded or asked to pay the difference if additional operating costs were spent. APA is not an all-inclusive package. APA is a credit which can be spent to zero with demanding clients in 2-3 days and need to be recharged by the clients. | Transit Log: Prepare breakfast and small lunch, shopping groceries, washing dishes, cleaning the catamaran and helping the skipper with docking/starting the catamaran, planning and provisioning of food and drinks for the beginning of the charter. Maximum for 8 clients. Hostess is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Hostess is an external service provider (charter company is only service intermediary), direct billing to the hostess on the first day of the Charter or before on her company IBAN.
